This presentation addresses the lack of self-care, burnout, and stress management discussions in healthcare training. By combining research, psychotherapy practices, and cutting-edge neuroscience, the lecture offers practical tools and strategies to help healthcare professionals maintain resilience, well-being, and effectiveness in their roles.
