Shipping policy

 

Generally speaking, most of the products and services sold on UAlberta Marketplace do not require shipping.  In cases where there are, please discuss with the vendor (College, Faculty, or Service) the shipping policy and options.

Shippable products are calculated by weight and dimensions of the package; rates are calculated by Canada Post.

Veuillez noter que tous les effets scolaires seront livrés à l'école de votre enfant en avance de la première journée d'école. Aucun ramassage chez Le Carrefour n'est nécessaire. Nous ne pouvons pas accueillir des demandes de livraison/ramassage en avance.
