Due to the nature of all the products and services available on UAlberta Marketplace, it is best to contact the vendor (College, Faculty, or Service) of the product you may purchased from.
Some products have limited time refunds, other products have restocking or cancellation fees associated to them, and some products have a no refund policy altogether.
