Rooms are each equipped with bed, desk, chair, shelf, blind and wardrobe a 1 kitchen-living room with complete furnishings and kitchen utensils, dining table and chairs.
Each with 2 - 3 separately usable showers and WCs.
Internet access via Eduroam is guaranteed in all accommodation units.
Bed linen and towels are provided in all rooms.
Rented property and use of the rented property
Rooms and the amenities are to be treated with care. Students are fully liable for any damages to the unit or costs incurred due to a failure to clean your unit upon check out. Studentendorf will provide proof of damages. Students will be required to pay for any damages or costs, and a financial hold will be placed on your UAlberta account if these costs are not paid.
1. In addition to the basic rent, the rent includes all ancillary living costs and energy consumption costs within the scope of normal residential use. There is no separate billing of ancillary living costs or consumption costs.
2. However, the weekly maintenance cleaning does not release the users from
cleaning their rooms, kitchens and sanitary facilities after daily use. This includes the usual cleaning of the toilets and washing facilities after use in the sanitary areas as well as the cleaning of dirty dishes, the disposal of rubbish and empties in the kitchens and keeping the corridors clear. The cooperative can only clean properly if the communal and circulation areas are kept free.
