Course Disclaimers for Students currently enrolled in the School of Dentistry Undergrad program, missing the Friday clinical sessions:

Cut off for registration deadline is October 15th, 2024 for the upcoming January 24-26th Level 1/2 Bundle weekend.

Students understand it is an excused absence that goes on your file

Once you have committed to the Neuro program, you will not be able to change your minds if you want to return to clinic on the regular Friday schedule. You would have given up your right to see patients in clinic on Friday, January 24th.

If students are on rotation or on the elective schedule, you are ineligible to attend as those clinic schedules are setup 1 year in advance.

Cancellation Policy
All requests for refund need to be submitted in writing to cdeneu@ualberta.ca prior to accessing the eclass online lectures and presentations. Refunds are subject to a $500 admissions fee.
No refunds will be issued within 7 days before the starting date of the course. Refunds will not be issued once registration is confirmed and course material, if any, has been emailed out. Dates are subject to change and are based on enrollment numbers.
Postponing your registration to a different course date is based on space availability; additional fees may apply.
