Disclaimer for missing clinical
- Students understand it is an excused absence that goes on their file.
- If a student cancels their neuromodulators course after Nov. 1, 2026, they will no longer be eligible to return to their scheduled Oral Health Clinic sessions on Jan. 22, 2027. This means they will give up their opportunity to see patients in the clinic that day.
- Students on the northern rotation on Jan. 22, 2027, should contact the neuromodulators coordinator for alternative course date options.

Cancellation policy
All requests for refunds need to be submitted in writing to cdeneu@ualberta.ca prior to accessing the eclass online lectures and presentations. Refunds are subject to a $500 admissions fee. No refunds will be issued after Nov. 1, 2026.
Dates are subject to change and are based on enrollment numbers. Postponing your registration to a different course date is based on space availability; additional fees may apply.
