Prices are in Canadian dollars. By registering for the live stream, you will receive access to the sedation lectures and recordings of all additional lectures, including recordings of the sedation lectures. Access to these recordings is valid for one year from the publish date.
How to order
Using the form above, check the box(es) to select the live stream you would like to attend. Letters of attendance will only be provided for the lectures you attend during the live stream and will only be issued to the individual associated with the registration. If others in your office would like to tune in, please encourage them to register so they can accrue CE.
