This fee of $250.00 for internally supplied patient covers administrative costs, as well as the post treatment/touch-up costs for up to three patients. Please confirm with the Program Coordinator if you are required to pay the fee and for how many patients.
Please note: once your patients have been booked on your behalf, this fee is non-refundable.
The fee of $250 covers the full cost of 1-3 patients.
