This course empowers learners with a deep understanding of work-related stress, burnout, and psychosocial risks while providing a critical lens to assess and mitigate these challenges. Whether you're navigating workplace well-being initiatives or supporting patients facing job stress, this course equips you with the tools to foster resilience, promote mental health, and drive meaningful change.
Learning Objectives:
- Describe key concepts in work psychology, including job stress, burnout and psychosocial risks
- Critically appraise interventions conducted for preventing psychosocial risks in the workplaces
- Act as informed health advocates in their institutional roles (such as wellbeing committees) and in their clinical activity (with patients presenting with work-related mental health issues)
Refund Policy:
Full refunds, cancellations and transfers will be accepted up until digital course materials are sent out after that time, we will only be able to issue a partial 50% refund. Once the course begins there are no refunds.
A minimum of 6 registrations are required in order to run the course.
If the workshop is cancelled by the Office of Lifelong Learning due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be issued a full refund or have the option of transferring your enrollment to another open session.
