Join our interactive hands-on MSK Shoulder Bootcamp, designed for healthcare professionals seeking practical experience in diagnosing and managing common shoulder conditions.
Learning Objectives:
- Conduct targeted history-taking to differentiate between impingement, instability, rotator cuff tears, and osteoarthritis.
- Practice basic shoulder physical exam techniques, including range of motion assessment, strength and neck pain screening.
- Perform shoulder specific tests for impingement, rotator cuff pathology, instability and cluster testing with expert guidance.
- Understand when and how to order imaging, including X-rays, ultrasound, and MRI in primary care.
- Develop treatment strategies, from physical therapy prescriptions to injection choices & techniques and surgical referral considerations.

If the workshop is cancelled by the Office of Lifelong Learning due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be issued a full refund or have the option of transferring your enrollment to another open session.
