The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) is a 360° assessment of 5 key leadership practices comprised of 30 behaviours.
The results of the assessment will be shared with you at a 90-120 minute debrief with a leadership coach. The total cost is $400, which covers the cost of the assessment, administration and coaching. Please refer to the LPI instructions provided to you by the Leadership and Professional Development team.
