Are you working on implementing change?
Join us for a practical, two-day workshop designed to help physicians, healthcare leaders, and researchers overcome common challenges when integrating new practices into daily clinical care. Renowned implementation scientists Dr. Carl May and Dr. Tracy Finch will provide a comprehensive, clinically relevant introduction to Normalization Process Theory (NPT)—a theory that helps explain how innovations become part of routine medical practice.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own implementation projects for tailored feedback from Dr. May, Dr. Finch, and fellow attendees/peers, offering a valuable opportunity to strengthen your approach and accelerate real-world impact.
Whether you're a practitioner, policymaker, program lead, or researcher—if you're working on implementation, this workshop is for you!
