This asynchronous course consists of four modules designed to support successful applicants to the MNPP program who do not have pediatric practice experience as Registered Nurses. Modules 1 to 3 will introduce concepts in pediatric health assessment, rapport building, and clinical management. Module 4 will invite learners to design a personal learning plan to consolidate their pediatric knowledge development. Each module will have an associated assessment that is marked for completion.
Participants are able to access an instructor during scheduled Zoom office hours once a week for additional help.
The course runs from May 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026. The course is available for purchase from April 24 until July 31, 2026.
