With healthcare evolving at such a rapid pace, the ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams is becoming essential for delivering agile, high-quality patient care.

In 2024, the Canadian Interprofessional Health Collaborative (CIHC) introduced a new competency framework designed to advance collaboration in healthcare settings. This course is your gateway to understanding and applying this framework and strengthening your ability to work effectively in team-based care.

Perfect for healthcare professionals who want to elevate their practice, this course unpacks the “why” behind team-based care, introduces the competencies that drive collaboration, and equips you with the core skills to thrive in diverse healthcare settings.
