University of Alberta Health Insurance Plan (UAHIP)
The $50 fee covers one month of insurance.
The listed fee covers one month of insurance for the applicant and the specified number of family members.
You must purchase the total number of months required for the entire duration of your stay. This ensures coverage stability for your family and prevents the premature expiration of your insurance. Select the correct quantity before proceeding to checkout.
You must not purchase this product if you have already been assessed UAHIP fees in Bear Tracks.
IMPORTANT: Payment of this fee does not guarantee enrollment. You must complete and submit the UAHIP Enrollment Request Form to finalize coverage for yourself and your family members.
