Mentoring for SLPs in the Comprehensive Stuttering Program (CSP) and other speech therapy. This can be done in-person or via phone/skype/facetime or email, and can be done in increments of 15 minutes after the first 30 minutes are completed (hourly rate will be pro-rated based on time spent).
This is a package of 3 hours of mentorship for $390. These hours can be spread out or used at once. At your initial contact with an ISTAR clinician, you can determine together if one-off individual sessions or a package of 3 hours to be used over time is the best approach for your needs.

Applying for training shows your consent to being contacted occasionally via email about current course offerings (refreshers or workshops, etc), and occasional paid programs and events. As always, you can unsubscribe from a particular email mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link on those emails.
CONDITIONS: To purchase mentorship, you must be a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLP assistant.
Please note that if you are scheduled to meet with a clinician (any method other than email) that our standard cancellation policy will apply:
If you cannot attend your appointment, please cancel it as soon as possible so that we can offer your session time to another client waiting for services. In order to book another client, we require a minimum of 2 business days notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Not cancelling your appointment or cancelling your appointment without sufficient notice prevents us from helping others who are waiting for our services. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged at 50% of the appointment fee.
Note: Only purchase this mentorship if you have been instructed to by ISTAR (contact istar@ualberta.ca for more information). A $20 processing fee will be retained by ISTAR if you request a refund due to purchasing this item by mistake, or are unable to hold the mentorship sessions within 6 months of purchase despite scheduling offers.
For sessions already held, the fee is non-refundable.
