Clinical Competency Assessment - Day 2 Clinical Day

Day 2: Patient Care Clinical Assessment

Following review of evaluations, an additional day of the program will be scheduled for individuals who are eligible for further assessment. This day will include assessment of clinical competence during provision of comprehensive dental hygiene therapy for a patient, under direct supervision of a clinical instructor.

• Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (includes a half-hour lunch break).

• Timing: This clinical assessment will be scheduled 4 to 6 weeks following your Day 1 initial simulation.

• Course Policies

  • Refunds & Transfers: Registration fees are non-refundable. Transfers to a future session are only considered under extenuating circumstances and require sufficient advance notice.

  • Evaluation Criteria: Participants must successfully meet all specific clinical evaluation criteria, demonstrating the safe provision of patient care, to move forward to subsequent segments of patient care.

  • Please note: Tuition fees may be subject to an increase for future course offerings.
