Program Overview

HYBRID | UP TO 124 CE CREDITS* | TUITION $16,250 | LIMITED CAPACITY

This program teaches the foundational prosthetic and surgical skills for dental implantology. The AIR program consists of an Online Theory program and a Hands-On Surgical program. Through your journey, you will develop prosthetic and surgical skills via instructive and clinical training to help incorporate implantology into your practice.

Dental Implantology Theory Course

ONLINE | 40 CE CREDITS* | TUITION $1,800 | UNLIMITED CAPACITY

The starting point for pursuing dental implants is an online theory module consisting of self-paced online learning and live-streamed lectures.

Surgical Implant Residency

HANDS-ON | 84 CE CREDITS* | TUITION $14,450 | LIMITED CAPACITY

This module consists of an in-person simulation lab and clinical patient surgeries spread over five-weekend sessions.

Prerequisites

The prerequisites for the Theory Course (Level 1) are:

  • DDS/DMD degree & active practicing license from your dental regulatory authority in Canada

The prerequisites for the Implant Residency (Level 2) are:

  • DDS/DMD degree with NDEB exam completion or equivalency & active practicing license from your dental regulatory authority in Canada
  • Letter of good standing from your current dental regulatory authority in Canada
  • Successful completion of Theory Course

Participants do have the option of registering for the Theory Course (Level 1) of the program only.

Participants will have up to two years to complete the Hands-On Implant Residency, while still qualifying for the entire program. After the two-year mark participants will be required to retake the Theory Course.

Payment Options

Participants can pay the Theory Course (Level 1) and Implant Residency (Level 2) tuition in one lump sum payment of $16,250 or in installments.

Full Program (Level 1 & 2)

  • one-time payment of $16,250

Installments are broken into four payments;

Theory Course (Level 1)

  • $1,800.00 Theory Course Level 1 *due at the time of registration

Implant Residency (Level 2)

  • $4,816.67 1st Installment secures a place in the 2024 Implant Residency. The final date for registration is February 1, 2023, based on availability
  • $4,816.67 2nd Installment, due April 1, 2024
  • $4,816.67 3rd Installment, due June 1, 2024

    AIR Cancellation and Refund Policy 

    Due to this program's scope and requirements, we cannot provide full tuition refunds.

    Refunds / Withdrawal Theory Course (Level 1)

    Refunds cannot be issued within 48 hours of the course start date. If you request a refund, a cancellation fee of 20% of the course cost will apply.

    To withdraw or cancel your registration for a refund, please send an email. Refunds will not be issued once the course has started, course material has been emailed, or after the course has started.

    Please keep in mind that dates are subject to change and are based on enrollment numbers.

    Refunds / Withdrawal / Transfer Implant Residency (Level 2)

    Refunds cannot be issued within 2 weeks of the course start date. If you request a refund before this deadline, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.

    To cancel your registration and receive a refund, please send an email. Refunds will not be issued after the course material has been emailed or after the course has started.

    If you're eligible for 2-year completion and wish to transfer from the 2024 Surgical Residency to the 2025 Surgical Residency, please submit your request in writing by April 1, 2024.

    Please keep in mind that dates are subject to change and depend on enrollment numbers.

    Bonus

    • You can bring one RDA for free to attend the implant residency with you. If you want to bring an additional RDA, there's a $250 fee.

    *Note that CE credits depend on and are issued by your regulatory body.
