The hourly rate is discounted to allow for small group work, so you must commit to the schedule in advance. If you miss part of the sessions it may not be possible to reschedule make-up therapy times although we will endeavor to do so.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt ISTAR, our clients are our number one priority. As a result of our widely recognized excellence in speech-language pathology, appointments at ISTAR\/CIP are in very high demand. If you cannot attend your appointment, please cancel it as soon as possible so that we can offer your session time to another client waiting for services. In order to book another client,\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003ewe require a minimum of two business days notice prior to your scheduled (individual) appointment time.
