Bear Necessities

Bear Necessities offers you an adventurous glimpse into the wilds of Alberta, on land, over water, and through your stomach. New students will journey into the heart of Elk Island National Park, build friendships with other new students, and learn some of the basics of spending time in the Canadian Wilderness.

Experiences involve Canoeing, Hiking, Cooking over an open fire, and more fun than you can shake a marshmallow stick at! (If you don't know what a marshmallow stick is, come and find out.) No experience is needed and all levels of outdoor experience are welcome.

Only those who complete both the payment and registration steps will have a valid seat on the buses.
