5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training from Coaching Out of the Box.
Medicine is full of technical skills you have spent years mastering. As a practicing physician, you see the importance of the "non-technical skills" to be successful as a leader, teacher, and mentor. Team effectiveness, good leadership, and psychological safety are all the result of specific communication skills which are often found in coaching.
Join us for a 12-hour, eight-week session designed to teach you practical skills in coaching - such as how to listen with intention and the art of asking powerful questions.
This online program begins on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, and runs for eight, 1.5-hour sessions (4:00 - 5:30 pm MT).
